Here our young adults are given the opportunity to practice a creative career. The boys learn to experiment with their creativity and improve their skills and techniques as future stylists in a fun and enriching learning environment.

The trade of hairdressing has proven to have a significant impact on some of the students of `Ciudad`. We are proud to acknowledge that many of our ex-students are now working in well recognized salons in Lima. Other ex-students now run their own independent salons. It is a creative career that has given a financially secure and flexible future for some of our boys.
